Frost Fest — Nourish You: Yoga with Babies
A gentle class for new-ish parents & caregivers and their Babies
Join Heather Davis for a caregiver yoga class for all folks with babies up to 18 months-ish: mamas, papas, grands, nannies and anyone else with a little one. Move, breathe and be together while babies watch, wiggle and get their first socialization. Feeding, diapering and soothing are all welcome, and all part of the practice.
