Figure model Jenna Krasowski is the subject of the short documentary Embodied - and embodiment the theme of the night for this film fundraiser. Jenna has transmuted a complex relationship with her body into beautiful works of art - how might we do the same?! Let’s explore ways to mindfully inhabit our bodies through creation, conversation, and connection. Sponsored by Cooper's Daughter Spirits - featuring a Black Currant Liqueur signature cocktail! 6-7pm - Join us for a sound bath soaked, mindful LIVE FIGURE DRAWING SESSION with @jennarepose herself posing - BYO art supplies - amateurism and mind/body connection encouraged TICKETS cover access to the DRAWING SESSION &/or DANCE PARTY - SLIDING SCALE $5-25 Two years into making this documentary, we're in the final stretch and are raising these funds for finishing and festival submissions. Additionally we'll have beautiful MERCH for sale!! Donations will be matched up at $1,000 by a generous, anonymous donor - so please help us reach this benchmark. We appreciate your dollars and your presence - give what you can. Come for the art, stay for the community, and get in touch with your body on the dance floor.
