Remembering SharathJi: Honoring the lineage
Join us on Wednesday, November 11, from 7:00 to 8:30am for a special morning of practice in honor of SharathJi and the lineage he so generously shared.
Together we’ll move through the lineage-led Primary Series with Bibi, then close with japa of the Mahamrityunjaya mantra, offered in remembrance and gratitude.
In person at Newburgh Yoga Shala, or online via Zoom
No previous Ashtanga experience is needed, but this is not a class for beginners.
