The sliding scale cost for attendance is $20-40 per person.Using the self-empathic skills of NVC, we will focus on the questions and challenges which are unique to our individual biographies. From self-awareness, we develop new insights and refreshing ways to approach present and future life circumstances.Gail McManus is a Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication. She is a NY State mediator, and holds certificates in Anthroposophical Psychology, Psychosynthesis (Spiritual Psychology), Biographical Studies, and Community Building (FCE Certified Trainer). Gail is also a seasoned Waldorf teacher.NVC, developed by Marshall Rosenberg, focuses on observation, feelings, needs, empathic listening, and clear requests to support understanding and constructive conflict resolution.
