What's the difference between hearing and listening? Can you listen with more than just your ears? What happens when we spend time listening to the world around us? During part one of our two-part sound journey, we will take a listening walk from Hudson Area Library to Kite's Nest at the riverfront. Once we've reached our destination, we'll have a light dinner before we head back to the library. Ages 9-18.
Date/Time: Wednesday, October 28, 4 - 6pm
Location: Meet in the Hudson Area Library Community Room. We will depart for our sound walk to Kite's Nest by 4:30pm.
Registration: Registration required! Email youth@hudsonarealibrary.org or call 518-828-1792 x 101, and please add a note about any dietary restrictions.
This program is presented in partnership with Kite's Nest and is supported by the Alexander & Marjorie Hover Foundation.
