Taking inspiration from the critically acclaimed television series ‑The Americans,‑ Spies, in Aggregate and Other Witnesses, combines heartbreakingly funny accounts of spy life with poems that reveal the inner lives that spies conceal. Combining text, movement, music, and video, this new work, written by Beacon and Dutchess County Poet Laureate, Ruth Danon, and directed by Shane Killoran, Founder & Director of Hit House Creative, tantalizes the audience with an evening of secrets and surprises.
